I have Proxmox installed on a Dell R210i server and can login in on the server, however I can't connect to the web GUI. I've made sure to use https and port 8006; tried accessing on 4 different web browsers on Win10 & Mac OS boxes; and ran 'apt-get && apt-get upgrade && apt-get dist-upgrade'. Here's some of the printout from 'pveversion -v': proxmox-ve: 5.0-10 (running kernel: 4.10.17-2-pve) pve-manager: 5.0-30 (running version: 5.0-30/5ab26bc) pve-kernel-4.10.17-2-pve: 4.10.17-19 livepve-http-server-perl: 2.0-6 Update: After I was able to login last weekend I shut down the server as I didn't have time to mess with it. I just booted it back up again and couldn't access the web GUI until after I logged in at the server, and even then most of the links were either greyed out or gave a connection error prompt when I tried to access them. I tried to log out and then back in, but once I logged out I have not been able to access the web GUI again. Sometimes there is a firewall restriction that blocks port 8006 and since we shouldn't touch the port config in proxmox we'll just use nginx as proxy to provide the web interface available on default https port. ![]() This is all from my windows box, when I tried on my macbook it wouldn't pull up at first, then did but almost every link was a connection error, and after refreshing my browser I can't access the web GUI at all. On another note, it refuses my SSH connection attempts even though the port is open. I'm assuming this is not setup out of the box, that it needs to be configured in the web GUI before I can use. Can anyone confirm this?
